I'm from Chicago, and I've lived all over the city. North, South, West and now East. This is a really interesting part of the city and I feel like I've got a unique access to Chicagoland from here.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has something for everyone! I can walk to the beach or the Golf Course. The Obama Center is soon to be completed and that's really close proximity as well. With lake shore drive my access to downtown is a short commute as well.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is the layout. I had the architects make several deviations from the original design. The kitchen to living room flow is really attractive and inviting. The bonus room of the en-suite is also a nice sunroom.
