Amazing Stay

The home is very nice and newly updated. Although I do wish there was a bit of outdoor space available to enjoy.The only thing that I would mention for others is that it is in the middle of a residential neighborhood. If you are not used to or uncomfortable driving on the tighter more mountainous roads it may not be the space for you. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had great communication with our host throughout our visit.

Too many rules

The house is very clean, beds are comfy, the house had beach amenities for use. The only issues i had, the owner of the house has a lot of rules and watched our moves outside of the house. She also said i had 5 guest to which i only had 4. shadha4.houseconstruction.

In reference to the guest count, the amount provided did not reflect the accurate number, as you had notified me that there would be only two guests instead of four. The mention of a fifth guest was likely a miscommunication from the property manager, who reported the information based on observation. Regarding the security cameras, they are installed to ensure the safety and protection of the property, especially as I do not reside in Puerto Rico. In addition, I respectfully remind guests that walking, stepping, or playing in the landscaped areas in front of the house is not permitted, as significant investment has been made to maintain the property’s appearance and condition. This is why certain house rules are in place—to preserve the quality and enjoyment of the home for all future guests. I sincerely apologize if the rules felt excessive from your perspective. As with any place we visit, some regulations are necessary to ensure the safety and respect of the space. Thank you again for your feedback, and I appreciate your understanding.
