Great location! Close walk to the beach and lots of restaurants.Very large condo with all the amenities. Clean and well stocked.Especially enjoyed the roof top patio where we would spend every morning having coffee and most evenings relaxing before bed.Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely week in Bucerias condo

The condo was as pictured. Just a few blocks from the beach and great restaurants. Two nice patios. Plenty of room to relax. Great for two or three couples. Cynthia the property manager met us and check in was simple. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, great condo

My son and I stayed a week in March, doing some fishing and other stuff. We also both had work we needed to do, and I am happy to say the internet is good quality - a deal-breaker for me. The condo was probably bigger than we needed, but the upstairs bedroom is a wonderful place, with a sitting area and balcony, while downstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which we didn't use. The place is within walking distance of many great restaurants, 1 minute from the beach, 200 metres from the taxi stand, and 5 min from a large grocery store. I'd book it again in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful condo. Our whole group loved it. Exactly as pictured. Well equipped. Nice pool. Secure. Roof top patio is stunning for sunsets and late night hangouts. Also appreciated how sound proof everything is. Had a wonderful time - thanks to the owners for sharing this lovely space

we had a lovely time, some people thought the keys were difficult to use and they'd wished we had hot water. The pool was awesome as it was so hot & humid, we enjoyed floating about. The Location was nice and quiet.

Three of us spent February in this rental. Great location about two blocks from the ocean and within easy walking distance of the Chedraui grocery store, many restaurants and shops. No need for a car. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Great spot for winter vacation.

We were greeted by the property managers who were more than helpful, explaining where to get local groceries which is very close. The maid arrived part way through our stay and did a great job. The condo is well equipped with all the things you need for your stay. Managers response to some minor repairs was quick. Everyday the hummingbirds in the palapa were exciting to watch. A little sugar and water and you have endless entertainment. If you are TV watchers I suggest you bring your HDMI cables and device. The condo has a large TV and internet; no satellite cable. We had a great time in Bucerias lots of great restaurants close to condo all reasonably priced and local bar just down the block if you are a sports fan. The taxi stand will take you to PV about $400 peso ($20 USD). Beach is 5 min walk and local markets about 15 min. Great walk lots to see.

Utterly perfect holiday house!

Beautiful, spacious, spotless and well situated, this casa was a dream for our family group of 4. The hosts were efficient and neighbours super friendly and helpful. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. Great restaurant suggestions and near the beach. Miss it already and would love to go back!

Good Home Base for Discovering Bucerias.

We stayed here for 19 days, late February - early March. The condo was clean, well maintained and not short of anything. The location was perfect for us, close to shopping, great restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The walk to the town of Bucerias is about 15 minutes (no heels please) but there's so much shopping/entertainment between here and there you may not find the need to visit too often. The top balcony at the condo was our sunset retreat. With a few local foods off the grill it was perfect! The complex has only 4 units and all the neighbors were very friendly and informative. The pool area offers both sun and shade so its perfect for everyone's liking. If your intent is to watch TV, you need to bring a device to hook up to the internet. We used our Apple Box the few times we used it (not really why we came to Bucerias) and for live TV, just head down the street, and across from the Decameron resort is a great sports bar with lots of TVs and they'll show just about anything the crowd wants (ok - we watched the Academy Awards... not too sporty). Overall, this was a great home base for our stay in Bucerias!

Great condo close to everything you need.

We just got home after a great two weeks in Bucerias. The condo was very comfortable and clean, was well stocked with cooking utensils, and towels. We especially enjoyed the private upstairs outdoor patio with a nice ocean view. You can walk from the condo to everything you need. The beach and grocery store are only a few blocks away and many nice restaurants are also close by. There was only two of us but with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms the condo would be great for a family.

We've been travelling to Mexico for a number of years and really like the Puerto Vallarta area for its combination of tropical beauty, small beach towns and amenities such as nightlife and great restaurants.

Why they chose this property

We love the laid-back charm of Bucerias, a friendly and walkable town with colorful shops, cobblestone streets and great restaurants just a short drive from the PV airport. The town itself offers everything you need for a vacation, but it's also conveniently located for day trips up the coast to Punta Mita or Sayulita, water activities in the Bay, or shopping/nightlife excursions into Puerto Vallarta. The beach here is beautiful powdery sand that stretches for miles. What's not to love?

What makes this property unique

This is a comfortable, cheery and relaxing condo--you can feel the stress evaporate as you walk through the door. The condo style is Mexican/tropical, fun and colorful. The well-equipped, remodeled cook's kitchen (with new gas range) has a traditional feel with displayed pottery and folk art. The property is unusual in Bucerias in offering three roomy bedrooms, all with King beds. The upstairs primary is large and private and has an adjoining outdoor terrace with gas grill, coffee station and fridge and lounge furniture--a great place to have your morning coffee. The beach is a short walk and so is the main shopping area of Bucerias. This is a quiet, relaxed location in a small (4-unit) condo complex with nice pool.
