The cozy condo was just that. It was cozy and comfortable place to come back to after every Colorado adventure. I highly recommend staying at the cozy condo. It has everything you need and more!!

We spent a week at the Cozy Condo. Great location for fishing the Gunnison & Taylor Rivers and the Blue Mesa is a must for Kokanee Salmon, Lake Trout and Rainbows. We cooked and grilled all our meals each day. Kitchen was well set up and the additional fridge/freezer in garage was a plus! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well stocked with all he supplies. I give the property and the Host a thumbs up.

Lovely stay

This was the perfect location for what we were in Gunnison for; visiting our son who is attending Western Colorado University. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the accommodation itself had plenty of room for my husband and I to host our son for home cooked meals. For the price, the place was exactly what we were looking for.

Nice Condo!

The condo worked perfectly for our stay! Was clean and had everything that we needed would stay there again! Enjoyed sitting out on the Patio enjoying the Gunnison weather!

This place was awesome. Host was great and very responsive. Place was great size for two guys. Garage was nice although our truck was too big to pull inside. If you are going to Gunnison, stay here. Super quiet at night. Just great overall

A literal God send!

We were having a bad experience with another rental company and needed to get out. That's when we found this place on VRBO. Michelle was great and worked with us quickly to get us into the condo as soon as possible. It was so comfortable, we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our trip.

Simple cosy condo

We had a really nice stay at the condo while we attended a wedding in Gunnison. The condo is very basic, but at the same time had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Totally recommend this place for a base while in the Gunnison area.

Great Place

Very nice, quiet area. Within minutes of Blue Mesa Reservoir. Gunnison is a beautiful place to vacation. The condo is very accommodating and relaxing and is so much better than staying in a motel. It is within a few minutes of many restaurants or you can throw steaks on the grill and relax at the condo. Very nice!
