Hotel was too far from South Beach. Check in was confusing, slow and staff not too pleasant. Looks like Hotel lobby hasn’t had a renovation or spruce up in decades. It was poorly lit, dingy and kind of gross. Security staff was rude. Room was clean enough. View was good.

Beach access

Easy access to the beach, parking was including in the rental so that made it a breeze especially since it was all valet parking. Would definitely come back to the property.

There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and no way to plug the drain to wash dishes. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained extremely slow.

Smooth time

Place was exactly what we were looking for - a budget friendly condo on the beach! We were familiar with the area so no real surprises. And the perk of free valet parking was EXCELLENT! Also - if you know Spanish, things can go smoother with the staff, but not necessary.

absolutely loved the area and apartment, would 100% recommend you stay here and we will be staying again. the check in process was a little much, but i know it is out of their control. more communication regarding how lengthy the process will be once there would be my only complaint.

Wonderful view

It was great. The view was wonderful. Needs some updates . But other than that was clean and wonderful view. The valet parking was a nightmare. Wait so long.
