Always a pleasure staying here! This was the 3rd time staying at this property over the years and enjoyed two other of their properties in the past. Great communication with host and very accommodating! Great cozy home, clean, trendy fresh style, cozy private patio / parking and easy walk to Walmart, Dickson and short Uber to everywhere else!
We stayed in this house to move my son into college and it was a fantastic location and close to his apartment and the downtown square. We will definitely try to stay there again.
GREAT LOCATION! More than enough space. Old, but clean home. Be aware that there’s train tracks right in front of the property and the train runs daily (sometimes too early). Would recommend for a weekend stay!
Such a cozy house, with wonderful art. Great king sized beds. Super comfy couch and chair in the living room. Back patio is very private which was a nice surprise. Great location close to campus. Even had deer roaming around the front yard in the mornings!

Cute house, great location
Nice house conveniently located a block from our son's apartment in a cute neighborhood. Walking distance to campus, Dickson St. and the Square. Know that the train tracks are across the street, and we were awoken by the trains several times.
My 2 daughters and I stayed for my youngest’s freshman orientation for U of A in the fall. It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. We walked over to an area that had a creek and trail. It was so pretty. We did hear the train the first night but it was no big deal. I usually iron clothes when on a trip and they didn’t have an iron and ironing board but that was my fault for not checking. Other than adding that and more washcloths (I think there were only 2 or 3), this was a great place to stay!

Wonderful Location & Lovely Home
We had a great stay at this rental in Fayetteville. The house was clean, bright, and inviting. During our stay, we mainly parked in the back and it worked out very well. The kitchen was stocked with basics and things were easy to find. All of the items in the kitchen were in great condition. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were fresh, soft and very plush! Easy and prompt communication with the host. The location was perfect for parents visiting their student at UARK. There were also beautiful views from the front of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely walk to the stadium!
This crisp and clean property is so close to campus you don’t need to worry about getting an Uber on game day. You just follow a tree lined path to campus. Both bedrooms have king size beds so no one has to compromise. The living room has a huge flatscreen so you can put your tired feet up after the game and enjoy a quiet evening. The host was very generous with a late check-out time and responded immediately to our inquired throughout the weekend. The shower has perfect water pressure. You won’t be disappointed with your stay.
We were in town for a game and the property was perfect for our stay! Lots of things to do within walking distance! Don’t miss the Farmers Market! We walked to the game which was about 25 minutes- lots of hills but better than fighting the traffic. The neighborhood is mostly students and there was some loud music both nights but nothing awful. There is a train that came through a couple of times. The house is very clean and the communication was great! We would for sure stay again!
Great location close to campus and spacious property with plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean and well-stocked. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The train tracks run right next to the property, and the noise from passing trains was very loud, especially at night. The shower pressure was extremely low, making it difficult to enjoy a good shower. We also noticed an unpleasant smell upon entering the house, somewhat like natural gas. Overall, it’s a nice place but could use a few improvements.
Very clean, nicely decorated. Great beds, linens and towels. The desk and kitchen table were great spots for us to work on our laptops when we weren’t at the track meet on campus. We didn’t cook but used the nice dishes and glassware. Kitchen appliances are quite new. Washer and dryer are not as new, but worked very well for us. As the listing states, stairs are required to enter the house. We found it much easier to park in the back where the steps are shorter and more uniform. We stayed 4 nights and there were occasional trains nearby, but we really enjoyed our stay and will come back if we’re in the area! Many great restaurants nearby, too!
We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The only "complaint" or suggestion is to add a bar or non-slip strips in the tub. Both my husband & I almost fell several times while showering. Also, the pictures of the front of the house are inaccurate. The overgrowth of trees & bushes makes it impossible to see the house from the street. All in all those two things are very minor & did NOT ruin our time there. I just wanted to mention that so others would be aware. Especially the shower issue. Other than those two things we would definitely rent again.
Ps. We can't speak about communication with the property manager as there was never a need to contact them. We gave them 5 stars because the review wouldn't post without a rating.
We're a family of four with two teens in town for baseball tournament. We really enjoyed this house and would most definitely stay here again. House was clean, cute and comfortable. Loved having two king beds with good mattresses and ample pillows. Kids enjoyed watching Netflix on big tv in living room. Kitchen adequately stocked for cooking basic meals. If I were to recommend additions they would be baking sheets, glass measuring cups, and a tea kettle. Washer and dryer were great for washing dirty baseball uniforms. The house sits on a hill with steps to front door but parking behind the house was very convenient. Location is near active train tracks, but I only heard a train go through once and didn't find it obtrusive at all as there is a buffer of the street and then trees and thick foliage between the house and tracks. Thoughtful extras I was grateful for: detergent for laundry and dishes, plenty of paper products, soap and shower products, porch light on with easy to find address when arriving after dark, and golf umbrellas to take to tournament because we forgot ours. Highly recommend this house.
