Jigna, Thank you for your feedback and for sharing some of the positives you experienced, such as the beautiful views, hot tub, and peaceful setting. We would like to clarify several points for the benefit of future guests. First, we are the local hosts and managers, and we pride ourselves on being highly responsive and attentive. We provide our direct contact information two weeks prior to arrival to ensure smooth communication. We encourage guests to use the phone number we provide for a faster response. Additionally, the fees mentioned in your review are inaccurate. You were charged $205 for cleaning, which covers professional cleaning services, a one-time resort fee and then you had your pet fee. The $500 you referenced is not an accurate reflection of the charges. Our checkout requests are simple: we ask that guests strip the beds, load the dishwasher, and start a load of towels. These are minimal steps to help our cleaners turn the home over quickly for the next guest. Despite these simple tasks, your group left the property in a state that required significantly more attention than usual, with trash left behind, pizza boxes and dirty dishes scattered throughout, and toys strewn across the basement. To any potential guests reading this review, please know that we take great pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable space, and our communication and attention to detail are consistently praised by our visitors. Warm regards, Grand Welcome NGM Management Team
