This top Georgia vacation spot offers an abundance of activities such as shopping, discovering a new restaurant, picking apples at an orchard, booking an afternoon tasting at one of many breweries and wineries, antiquing, or simply exploring the sights, sounds, and scenes of downtown Ellijay and Blueridge. The Cartecay River, Ellijay River, and Mountaintown Creek are all within easy reach, beckoning you to take part in water-themed activities or the fishing adventure of a lifetime. Back closer to home, Panorama Orchards is within a short drive or walking distance from your front door, a charming farmer’s market offering up seasonal goodies.



Heading indoors you’ll find welcoming spaces filled with comfortable furnishings and charming décor. The living room keeps those stunning views front and center with abundant windows flooding the room in natural light. This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed on the lower level.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes two twin beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as 2 additional full guest bathrooms – the first on the upper level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second on the lower level with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

• Pet friendly! Maximum of two 60 lb. dogs (or one 75 lb. dog) may be brought to this home. Cats are allowed. There is an additional pet fee of $25 per pet, per night for all pet types that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• We welcome well-behaved dogs, but please note that cats are not allowed in this property due to homeowner allergies to litter and dander. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Check in is 4pm and check out is 10 am. Any deviations from these times will need to be approved in advance by the local management team and fees may apply.

• This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell system monitoring the front door.

• Please be advised that this residence is designated as a strict NON-SMOKING environment. Any evidence of smoking found inside or outside the premises will incur additional cleaning fees.



The historic town of Ellijay, GA is located in Gilmer County, an area known for its agricultural way of life and laid-back tourist destinations like mountain wineries and u-pick apple orchards. Although Ellijay has a small-town atmosphere filled with nostalgia, it provides guests with access to the Southeast’s major cities including Chattanooga and Atlanta. Nestled in the green foothills of the vast Chattahoochee National Forest at the base of the Appalachian Mountain Range, Gilmer County abounds with forests, wildlife, clean air, sparkling rivers, lakes, and streams. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and waterways to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the mountain fresh air and breathtaking scenery.



Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.



Our Basic Provisions:

Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.



In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.



Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be, management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
