The property was clean, new, and modern. The linen was freshly washed and the neighborhood was quiet at night. The property manager communication was excellent and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends.

Brand new construction house. Neat, extremely clean and well done. Great spot to stay for either FSU or FAM. Enjoyed it!

House was absolutely perfect , clean, and equip. Location was decent. First night some loudness until 10pm, second night loud booming music until 2am or longer. I brought my own fan it helped with drowning out sound. There was also no instructions for check out ex: putting towels in a pile taking trash out etc. I did these chores on my own behalf.

I choose to build a new construction homes here because of the proximity to the Florida State University, and also being closer to the Florida A&M university, but Florida State university being closer.
