Athens is waiting for you at this eclectic and quaint newly renovated studio house. This sweet gem will make you appreciate the beauty of smaller spaces. It features 1 queen bed, a cozy living area, a mini kitchen with a full refrigerator and kitchen table. This space is awesome for 2 but can sleep 4 (using pull out couch) but it is best if it is a family or close friends. There is one bathroom with a shower as well as a washer and dryer. This is an intown house, but offers the private backyard with a deck and hot tub. It’s sort of adorable y’all!

What a great property for our weekend getaway in Athens. Great space inside and the privacy of the backyard and hot tub was amazing too. Great hosts….very welcoming snd available if we needed them. Would definitely stay again!!

Casa Pequeno = Awesome

Beautiful little cabin-esque spot in the middle of town. Upscale construction with a cool artsy tinge, making the stay more memorable and special. Landlord was accommodating and extremely polite as well as helpful to plan a wonderful weekend getaway us. Loved it!!!!
