The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Wash, dry and put away all dishes. 2) Upon checking out, please put all trash in appropriate containers. 3) Ensure hot tub is covered. 4) Place all used towels in the main bathtub.
5) PLEASE DO NOT strip the linens from the beds.  Housekeeping will take care of this. 6) Turn off all lights and lock doors and windows.

The house and area are very clean. Plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed the space for our group of 6 and a chiweenie. The creek behind the house is very nice. There are a few things that I feel could just edge it out to be perfect. More comfortable seating for the back deck to be able to enjoy sitting out there and view the creek. The hot tub has a lounger in it but the entire hot tub needs to be turned around, the only place you can sit and see the creek from the hot tub is where the filter is. The lid for the hot tub doesn’t quite fit correctly and is awkward to open and close without a functioning lid lift, so it takes two people. The king bed in the master is quite hard and could use a little cushion. Also, it would be preferable to not have a glade fragrance sprayer spray overhead in the kitchen where you are making a cup of coffee. That sounds like a lot but this is a very nice and comfortable place and we enjoyed our stay.
