Erik was great to deal with. The noise near by can be over whelming if your goal is to get good sleeps. (We spent a lot of our time checking out all the bands, therefore we were up late most nights) Everything is near by. We love the location.

The Hub of Bucerias

Property was exactly what is advertised , perfect if you don’t have a vehicle. You are right in the hub of everything and can walk everywhere, as well as enjoy the night life. Rooftop was amazing, I could watch the ocean in the morning while having my coffee. NOTE** If you are looking for a super quiet place, this is not for you, this is for people who enjoy the sounds ,smells and everyday life in Bucerias. You are immersed in it around the clock. I LOVED IT!! Erik was an awesome host and I will be sending others there to stay and I can’t wait to go back!
