This condo is ON THE BEACH!

Welcome to Caribbean 501! This unit has recently been remodeled and offers a beautiful east corner Gulf-front balcony with BREATHTAKING Gulf Of Mexico Views! This condo is pet friendly and located on the 5th floor of the Caribbean complex. The Caribbean is the only complex in Gulf Shores that is beachfront and pet friendly-all other pet friendly condos are not on the beach!

The Caribbean is located 1.3 miles West of the Hangout. This unit has a direct Gulf View from the private balcony and living room!

Complex amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness center, an elevated boardwalk to the beach, and ground level poolside bathrooms.

This 2BR/2BA unit features nine-foot ceilings and tile floors throughout.

The dining area is equipped with a dining table for 4 people with additional seating at the bar. The living room features a double sleeper sofa, two recliners, and a smart TV with Dish satellite service.

The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed, nightstand, dresser, and a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom features a private water closet, jetted tub, walk-in shower and 2 vanities.

The second bedroom has a king bed, nightstand, dresser, and a smart TV.

The unit also boasts a full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi access and a private balcony offering breathtaking Gulf views.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, and sunset sailboat cruises. There are beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing. Gulf Shores also has an amusement park and indoor/outdoor water parks nearby. Our city has great restaurants with entertainment for all ages! You can enjoy live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

Please Note:
1. Check-in is 3pm | check-out is 9am.
2. No smoking or vaping in the condo! Smoking is only allowed on the unit balcony and in designated smoking areas throughout the complex.
3. Dog Friendly- Make sure you enter the correct number of pets before making your reservation so you receive an accurate quote.
4. Parties or gatherings will not be allowed.

I have several units in this building, and several other units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates, contact me and we can work to make that happen.

Our condo was very clean and I loved how it was decorated. I was very impressed with how easy the whole process from booking, communication with the Property Manager and ease of check in as well as check out. The property was exactly as described and I felt safe my whole stay. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Will stay here again!!!

Amazing property right on the beach!

We picked this rental because we planned on bringing the dogs with us. The property is small (32 units) complex with outdoor and indoor pools and direct access to the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained. (Disregard the email on supplies provided. It was typical of what you normally can expect.). One note on cleanliness, they take the bedding out to wash in a “professional” washing machine. The unit was all tile floors which were easy to keep clean. The appliances were new and well maintained. (One note, the ac is loud and worked really really good.)The host was easily reached and responded quickly. Found out there’s a backup generator that kicks in about 15 seconds after a power outage. The beach is pretty and has a gradual slope into the water. Enjoyed the stay.

Medical recovery

Condo was nice, but has roaches in kitchen and bathrooms turn on lights they scatter. Front Door sticks bad. Wakes others if you need to take pets out. 2nd bathroom shower does not work at all no way to even turn shower on. If it does work need instructions placed in bathroom. All had to use master shower. Property’s pool was very dirty never saw anyone clean it or the deck area around the pool so much sand around and in pool. We only went in pool once. Did see them test the pool water one time the whole time we were there. The pictures of the pool and the condos next door to the left was cleaned 2x’s while we were there. Contrast is striking between the two condo pools. The roaches are gross.

Disappointed in property

* stand alone glass shower was in one bedroom was small and leaked* towel bar in same, was barely hanging on wall* in both baths, used towel brushes were still there* dishes needed to be rewashed as they were greasy* previous tenants left wet towels in washer with lid down, so whole unit smelled bad upon arrival* washer lid was rusty* lint catcher in dryer was full of link and was torn so link came back onto clothes while drying* on the 'plus' side, management was attentive: came and repaired the towel bar; checked our thermostat (as it was doing strange things) and allowed me to throw out the old, used toilet brushes; granted us a late checkout by one hour* will likely not rent from this management firm again

We love the southern Alabama beaches, and because we have friends living within thirty miles of Gulf Shores, we decided to buy beachfront property. We finally decided to move to Gulf Shores in January 2020 after vacationing here for 20 years. We know you will love our new city as much as we do!
