The property is absolutely beautiful right down to the landscaping which gave a resort level experience. There are multiple sitting areas that could accommodate far more people than the allowed occupancy. The grass area by the rapids offers a wonderful place to relax to water sounds. The small rapids are unique and easy to access for those of us that enjoy exploring moving water. The only downside for us was the lack of trout in this area and a few maintenance issues. Several screen doors need repair, there were no trash bags. Also, both propane tanks were empty which caused is to cook 100 worth of steaks on the stove instead of the grill.

The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The garden is beautiful, the river was great for the family to enjoy. Only issues were that it should be disclosed that 4 wheel drive is needed to get out. Our activities were very limited by how difficult it was to leave this property. Host was incredibly difficult to get in touch with. Vrbo messages went unanswered, voicemail suggested email, then after taking 7 hours to answer the email they suggested I should have called for better service. Fixing those 2 things would make the perfect place.
