About this property

Beautiful One-Bedroom Rental with Ocean, Pool, and Lagoon Views!

This one bedroom condominium has nice views of the Atlantic Ocean. As you enter the dining room will be on your left and seats five. To the right is the kitchen will all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped so that all your cooking needs will be met. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The living room contains a wall of windows allowing lots of light in. There is a flat screen tv, bonus murphy bed which can be unfolded from the cabinet and contemporary but comfortable furniture. The Primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen tv and slider access to your private balcony. The en-suite Primary Bathroom contains a double vanity, sunken garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Down the elevator you are just a couple minute walk to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spoke with Roberta at the PD rental office. She and the staff were responsive to our concerns. I will not detail those concerns here other than to say that the unit needs to be refurbished and we will not be staying in it again.

Not the best stay in Hilton Head
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this past stay was certainly not the best. The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced. The Murphy bed was actually more comfortable. The management company was totally unresponsive to our requests for repairs. The pool and deck were dirty and the hot tub jets did not work. The TV in the condo was probably a about an 18 inch screen, which is unacceptable in today's environment. It was difficult to understand the staff who answered the phone and they were useless. We paid a $525 "resort fee" which was a useless waste of money. I later found out that Beach Properties charges $171. Needless to say, we will return to Hilton, but not use Palmetto Dunes Rentals and definitely search for a different condo.
