Not a good stay

There were a lot of problems with the stay. Inaccurate listing, bugs and cockroaches, leaky roof, flooded patio, chocked toiled. It’s cheap but not worth it.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your stay. I’d like to address a few things for future guests’ clarity: – Our listing is accurate and includes clear details about the layout and amenities. – The presence of bugs appears to have been due to the bathroom windows being left open for extended periods, which unfortunately can invite pests in South Florida. – There was also an additional guest not included in the reservation, which made the space feel more crowded than it’s intended for. – The patio flooding occurred during a rare heavy storm, and we worked quickly to resolve it. – We were not made aware of any issues with the toilet or roof during your stay—had we known, we would’ve gladly sent someone immediately to assist. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable stay for every guest and take all concerns seriously.
