Unwind in walk friendly Columbia City neighborhood near downtown Seattle at this cozy one bedroom apartment. Walk to cafes, library, movie theater, restaurants, jazz club, and parks. Clean cozy place offers you the flexibility and comfort to work from home with lots of natural light and views of the courtyard. Apartment is all yours with private entrance, cozy queen size bed, and washer/dryer. Downtown Seattle is a 15 minute drive, Lake Washington a 20 minute walk and light rail 10 min walk and 20 minute ride to airport. Regulated free street parking is available as well as a month parking pass for an additional fee. Also, monthly Wifi pass is additional ten dollars a month. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible from two flights of stairs. Enjoy a safe and vibrant neighborhood.
