We visit St Augustine multiple times a year and this place was one of the best. Super clean, conveniently located, and the host was fantastic. The Cornerstone Cafe below is amazing with very friendly employees.
Staying here was absolutely wonderful!! The rooms were very clean, fresh towels and linens, our host answered our questions and was very helpful!!! The location is perfect! You're close enough to the shops and restaurants but way from the noise. The cafe downstairs has wonderful food. You won't be disappointed staying here.
The host was very responsive! The location, layout of the Vrbo, the kitchen, supplies, having 2 types of coffee makers, nice linens and towels were all appreciated! And we enjoyed the cafe downstairs too!
Host was amazing! Loved the loft!! It was close enough to almost everything we did so we could walk to eat most of our meals, lots of shopping and just about anything else you want to do. The coffee shop below was great also. We would definitely come back!!
This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. Having the coffee shop downstairs was great. It is on the historic trolley tour route so we didn't even need to drive. Definitely a place I will be using again.

Wonderful location to downtown St Augustine. About a 1/2 mile walk to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Host was very responsive and place was adorable! Only suggestions - add ceiling fans to both bedrooms and put a mirror in each bedroom, so guests are able to get ready without occupying the bathroom. Would definitely recommend !
This property is absolutely adorable, it has everything you need to be comfortable...The check in and out was so quick and easy and the owner is very responsive to messages...Will definitely stay there again in the future...
Everything was clean and perfect! This place sits above the most precious coffee shop, but you could not hear any of the business. It was the perfect place for breakfast and a midday snack. It was also along the historical trolley tour, making it so convenient to hop on and off each day and not have to drive downtown. I loved our stay and would stay here again 110%

Thanks so much. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. And yes, we are hoping our café will be open at the end of this month. Sorry we weren’t up and running during your stay. We look forward to serving you on your next visit to St. Augustine.
Check in was seamless, in fact we arrived in town early and contacted our host to see if we could check in before 3pm. Katie was prompt to reply back and, after making sure the cleaner was finished, we were able to access the apartment. It has big windows and therefore is bright and airy, and even though it is on a corner, the neighborhood is quiet and traffic is minimal. The cafe under the apartment is delightful, with delicious coffee and cranberry muffins. We took the trolley ride one of the days (a definite must!), and one of the stops is extremely convenient at a mere half block away. There is private parking across from the cafe, shared by the two apartment lofts and the cafe. We were away from the busy tourist area, but in walking distance to everything, including the marina. Another 'must do' is the mini golf beside the marina! All in all, a wonderful stay, and much of it thanks to our accommodation. By the way, you need to update your photos. The real thing is even better than what shows on your site!
When we went upstairs, there were 2 doors but they weren’t labeled so we tried the first door and it was the right one. The place was clean, comfortable, and furnished well. We didn’t get the WiFi password until the 2nd day when we went to the coffee shop downstairs. We had just come from a place (9 hours away) with almost no service or WiFi so we were looking forward to getting communication and access to the world back. Overall, great place to stay! Good location, clean, and Katie was responsive and polite.
My girlfriends and I stayed the night in St Augustine so we could see the lights before they ended. It was an easy walk to downtown. This loft is above an adorable new coffee shop and cafe. The apartment was extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay immensely. There was some loud music on Saturday night outside, but I wear earplugs so it didn’t bother me like it did my friend! I would stay again!

Thanks so much for your review. We truly enjoyed meeting you all. So glad you enjoyed your stay and so sorry about the loud music in the neighborhood. There is a neighborhood ordinance of quiet hours after 10pm.
We would love to host you again in the future!
