Full Ocean View, Whale Watch from the Lanai Pool & Spa - 2B2B A/C.

Full Renovation.
Full Air-conditioning, split system, units located in living room and both bedrooms

Enjoy your early morning coffee, or afternoon mai tai's and pupu's sitting out on the lanai while watching the humpback whales breaching in the distance, as well as the phenomenal sunsets.

You will enjoy a full 180 degree unobstructed ocean view from this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground level condo, in a 50 unit complex. A smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool, as those complexes with a large number of units.

Located on S Kihei Road, directly across the street from Cove Park, a common surfing location, and one block from Charlie Young & Kamaole I beaches.

Onsite amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball and on deck BBQ's.

No Resort Fee's for our amenities, and no charges for parking.

The unit contains 2 bedrooms, a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, full kitchen, in suite laundry, 2 full bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate maximum 5 people. Full Air-conditioning.

Full Renovation completed. Top to Bottom. All new appliances, cabinets, counters, flooring, bathroom fixtures.

The location was very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and multiple beaches. We really loved spending time on the lanai. The unit is spacious and well-furnished. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely the best condo in Kihei that we have encountered! Perfect location close to food/shops/beaches a great view a very modern layout/decor. Unusual to find a large/open kitchen and fairly large bedrooms! They also had everything we needed to cook and beach gear!

Over the years we have stayed multiple places along this stretch of road, this place became our favorite . We are looking forward to staying in this same condo again! It has an amazing view and being ground level allows for kids to run around on the grass. Best spot in the complex

Beautiful condo,clean,cozy amazing views. The property is beautiful! People walking up the street cut through the hedges to get group pictures around the properties corner garden. It’s easy to make new friends here because it’s small and we all gathered at the pool after our daily adventures. Watching the surf school is great entertainment with coffee on the back porch. Great little restaurants, bars with music and food trucks all in walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

Our families have been coming to Maui since the early 80's, it has always been a paradise for us. It is relaxing, easy to get around, and a very comfortable location.

What makes this property unique

The most unique thing about our property is the ability to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean, whales and surfers at any time. No obstruction to your view, simply breath taking. Not to mention the beautiful renovation completed. We pride ourselves in our crystal clear water in our heated pool.
And remember a smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool.
