Lovely and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath north corner condo with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico! This 3rd floor condo has a million dollar view from the private screened balcony, large and renovated kitchen that is fully stocked, washer and dryer in unit, bright and fresh décor and everything else you need for a great beach vacation! There are so many updates in this beautiful place! The open kitchen features granite counter tops, new cabinets and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms were remodeled. The main bath has a stylish designer freestanding bathtub. One end is raised to create a comforting backrest for total relaxation after a day of fun on the beach. The guest bath features a large walk in shower with designer tile. Another highlight is the large beach front balcony with quality outdoor furniture, perfect for sunbathing, outdoor dining and watching the famous Florida West Coast sunsets! This was a beautifully decorated condo with excellent ocean views. Ice maker did not work so we used ice trays left in the freezer. Remote blinds in master bedroom were removed when notified RR that they would not go up, thus blocking ocean views. No hot water in 2 bathroom shower so we shared shower off master bedroom. Maintenance man shared codes used to enter/exit building and beach area as the keys in the condo did not open gates/doors.

This was our 2nd stay in this unit. The 1st stay was in May of 2025 and the pool was not opened for use for the entirety of our stay. For this current stay in May of 2026 the elevator was out of service for the entire 10 day stay as well! I realize these are "things beyond the property management control" but they impacted both of our stays a great deal. This place is not inexpensive and to have my husband who walks with a cane deal with 4 sets of stairs to come and go was not good - at all. As of this writing Resort Rentals has done nothing to compensate for this, I am not even asking for money back but they should be offering something on our next rental. Having said that the condo itself is nice and spacious and the location is great. The pool and hot tub are right on the beach, and they are spotless and new. Same with the pool bathrooms...gleaming clean. The beach in front of the condo is flawless, and the sunset views can't be beat.

Unit is very comfortable and as described. Although just 2 of us, unit had everything we were looking for. Our Favorites—-balcony tall rocker chairs & view, living room recliners, comfy king bed, & cleanliness. Location close to everything. Lots of beach items in closet too. Only problem was elevator was out of order during our stay. We arrived with high humidity, near 90 degrees & req’d carrying everything up to 3rd floor, as well as beach items to/from beach. Challenging for us seniors. Agency offered another location but we had already settled in. Pool area nice; didn’t use hot tub. I would recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We would like to book the place again for the same time next year and extend our stay a couple of days. The table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The beach access was excellent. The views were excellent and ease of getting to the property was easy.

Perfect stay for girls trip to beach

Absolutely awesome views from balcony / gorgeous sunsets/ loved having happy hour and dinners on the balcony- beautiful white sand beaches with dolphin sightings almost every day! Beautiful condo!

Beachfront relaxation

Spent a wonderful week on the gulf, great property, very clean and rental company was strong with their communication. Covered parking was a plus for this unit! Beach was clean and loved the chair rentals that were available. Close to walk or short drive to many bars and restaurants!

A Perfect Getaway Week!!

Condo was great...clean, comfy, perfect for our annual "girls week"....even if we are 70 year olds +..!! Our second year staying at Arie Dam. Love that it's a smaller complex..a lot quieter. Look forward to next year!

Amazing all around!

This place was amazing! Everything was beautiful and we are definitely coming back again! We had a small issue with getting into our door the first night, but the property manager was super nice and helpful and was able to help us immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful condo & views!

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. Spacious tile showers were so refreshing. Beds were comfortable and clean. We saw dolphins multiple days while just relaxing and enjoying the views. The area was calm and mostly quiet. We would gladly rent this place again.
