This luxurious one bedroom lakefront penthouse sits above the famous Central Emporium shopping center in Okoboji, IA.

Our 1 bedroom suite hosts 1 king-sized bed and a master bath with a jetted tub and shower. Enjoy your coffee or wine from the most amazing full views of West Lake Okoboji with Fireworks most Saturday nights.
Cozy up on a chilly evening in the living room with a full sized couch while still enjoying the West Lake views. It also a has a nice dining area with table and chairs.

Also a half-bath and a washer and dryer.

Extra amenities: On-site shopping and indoor/outdoor restaurant/bar at the Central Emporium.
You are steps away to many restaurants, bars, shops, Arnold's Park Amusement Park, Live Music every day of the week, Lake access and sandy beaches and many other area attractions. A/C and heat included.

This condo is located at the very top floor of our building for exquisite views and has many stairs without handi-cap accessibility. If you have trouble getting up stairs, please reach out to us before booking.

Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. One parking spot available.

Adults must be 21 or older to rent unless otherwise approved by owner.

This stay was incredible! The views of the lake are breathtaking and the location is perfect. The penthouse is spacious and has all necessary amenities. We stayed here for our wedding weekend and absolutely loved it.

Central Emporium Return

Very nice Penthouse Suite at the top of the Central Emporium. Very clean and the perfect layout. The views are incredible!! Loved my stay. I’m from Michigan but grew up vacationing at Vacation Village with my family one week every summer for around 17 years. We would always come to Arnold’s Park to shop, dine and enjoy the rides. We’d always shop at the stores in the Central Emporium. A great return visit. Thank you for everything.

We love the penthouse ..... repeat customer

As usual we loved our time in the penthouse. Appreciate the new king bed and pretty windows. Must say we don't like how the outside Emporium lights shine into the bedroom even with the blinds tightly closed. I also see the hours for Mullets and don't understand why they turn their music on at 7am.

Short vacay

I decided to take a quick trip. Booked the room for two nights. The next day my partner decided he wanted to join me and go for an extra day. Matt was non-plussed and got us the extra night no problem. He gave specific instructions for check-in and access. This is the perfect spot. It's within walking distance from shopping, the beach, and the amusement park. Great food close by. I would come back in a heart beat!
