While most guests love the energy and walkability of the neighborhood, some city noise can be expected, especially on weekends. We provide earplugs and a sound machine to help ensure a comfortable stay, but if you're sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing any additional items that help you sleep.
Parking Details: - Parking garage is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: spaces are small and best suited for compact vehicles. - Additional street parking is available along the sides of the property (first-come, first-served). - No street parking is allowed directly in front of the building. - If both the garage and side street parking are full, guests must use a nearby paid parking facility at their own expense.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

We loved this property! The convenience and it was very clean! It is a little loud with bars around but the sound machines in the rooms help with that!

Overall, the stay was really great. We loved the location and it matched the listing as described. The rooftop view was amazing! There was some confusion with our early check in request and some minor issues with doors not shutting and faucets running a little after turned off. But the place was nicely stocked with supplies and overall a great experience.

It was a good experience booking and follow ups and stay . Only BIG complaint is that the online listing differed to the actual property in terms of bedrooms.. Your website listing king and queen beds and no where it was mentioned that 2 rooms were bunk beds .. (one room in each unit 405/406 ) which was not liked by the group participants.

Wonderful location and overall experience. A few pieces of feedback to help management and future tenants:- In the heart of bar/live music scene. Property management provides good black out curtains, ear plugs and sound machines to make evenings easier for sleep, but good to know for would-be travelers to understand the area.- Yes vehicle parking, but tight fit for larger pickups, SUV's and vans. Limited width and height in garage area- Faux wood floors not clean. Toddlers prove that the floors could use a solid mopping.- 10 minutes from just about everything that you could want from the area. Absolutely fantastic location and very roomy.- The cool roof area is a common area, not private.Thanks very much. Would stay again!
