The lower level offers a bedroom with a Tempurpedic Queen-size bed, a sofa, flat screen tv, and an ensuite bathroom that has walk in shower.
Our comfortable living room has a large 75’’tv, a sofa with a love seat and dining table seats up to 6 guests.
The living room offers gorgeous gulf views from your private balcony.
We provide a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything needed for your home cooked meal.
There is a spiral staircase that will lead you to the primary bedroom featuring a Tempur-pedic Queen size bed with a 65’’ tv, wall mounted fireplace, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and best of all – a spacious deck perfect for your margarita while enjoying the sunset!
The deck has a high top table for 4 guests and 2 chaises, perfect for lounging.
This property has been professionally decorated with top notch finishes.
This property is totally updated and comes complete with everything and anything you can think of.
The balcony has a spiral staircase that leads to the community grouds, beach and pool.
We have a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Aldea is a highly-desired oceanfront complex that gears towards those wanting a peaceful and quiet vacation. This is a small, quiet residential building so no large gatherings, or loud parties are allowed.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family.
