We had an amazing stay here! The place was beautiful, extremely clean, and in such a perfect location. The beach is literally just a couple of houses away and having the outdoor hose to rinse off sand before going inside was such a nice touch. The locks were super easy to use and check-in/check-out was easy aswell. The host was also very responsive and kind. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely book again!

We loved this great house! The location was perfect, and the house was super comfortable. There were plenty of fans and along with the ocean breezes it was nice and cool. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. It’s a great property!

We had a great time. Super close to the beach which was amazing and included beach supplies. Good for both groups, although the bed situation is not ideal. Lots of pull out beds but we made do! Excellent kitchen. Overall great house and AMAZING location.

Our stay at this San Diego beach house was a mixed experience. While certain aspects of our trip were fantastic, the property itself fell short of our expectations.The Positives: The location is absolutely unbeatable—we were just steps from the sand. Having a rental company directly across the street also made grabbing beach gear incredibly easy. Additionally, the hosts were highly responsive and very accessible whenever we had questions.The Negatives: Unfortunately, the house had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort:No Air Conditioning: The property does not have AC. The house got incredibly warm and stuffy, making it difficult to sleep.Sleeping Arrangements: The house does not comfortably sleep 9 people. Three of the 5 "beds" are actually pull-outs, which were uncomfortable and took up most of the living space.Undisclosed Stairs: There are a ton of stairs throughout the property that were not mentioned in the listing. This made hauling luggage difficult and would be a major accessibility issue for some guests.Overall, the location is amazing, but the lack of AC, uncomfortable bed setup, and hidden stairs made this stay only okay.
