This BEACHFRONT property features sweeping views of the beach, Avalon skyline, drawbridge and lots of boat traffic. Large uncrowded, guarded beach. The furnished deck is a great spot to watch the boat traffic and beach all day long on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach. The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. Jitney Service along Ocean Drive can also get you anywhere in Sea Isle. Ground level has parking, storage for tenants bikes or beach equipment. Outdoor shower is shared with 1st floor unit.
