We enjoyed our stay very much. If anybody has trouble navigating stairs they should know that there are four flights where two bedrooms on each of three flights! Location was good! We would stay there again!

This property is truly one of a kind. Our group enjoyed the home very much—there was plenty of space for everyone. The living area and kitchen were very convenient and well laid out. The linens and towels were spotless, and overall the home was extremely clean. A perfect place to stay.

The house was very nice and had everything you needed except spatulas. We had a large family and there was room for everyone. The area is close to everything including the nice creek you can hear from the cabin. The kids loved the playground and air hockey. The only bad thing is it’s 4 steep flights of stairs and a big hill down to the playground. So if you have problems going up and down this wouldn’t work. The lady below us was upset when someone cut thru her yard so be aware. We loved it here

Excellent facility for a gathering of high school friends, everyone had their own room and bathroom, fabulous gathering area at the huge table for meals and conversation. There's room for 4 vehicles (which was all we had), but no more. Beautiful setting. Clean and comfortable. And Estes Park is a lovely destination. There is a final step in the paperwork called a "short term lease agreement" (or something like that) and I cannot for the life of me understand why that was not executed when we contracted for the rental (at the beginning of the contract process) instead of waiting until a day or two before occupancy. Wondering why (and sending inquiries) I had not received a door entry code I was informed that I had not signed said agreement. The agreement was Emailed to me and the sender was "staff" (no mention of VRBO, or Estes Park...just "staff"). Who opens Emails from "staff"? Disaster averted, I found the hidden Email and executed the agreement. Door code arrived and we were in business. Obviously, I suggest that the agreement be presented on Day 1 and that it be sent from a recognizable sender name (like "Estes Park Homes" or "Estes Escape" or ??). What if I was on the road when this was sent, and then arrived at the front door with no door code? And no idea to search my Inbox for "staff"? Just a thought. All was well, and thanks for a memorable vacation!

Staff was responsive to our requests. Listing mentioned air conditioning but we had to request to have it turned on. They did respond and come out and turn it on for us. Property needs some maintenance--couple kitchen cabinets were loose, some windows were difficult to close, etc. Dining room table was large but the chairs felt "sticky"--I don't think they were dirty but our legs stuck to them after we sat on them. Not sure if the cleaning liquids were reacting to the finish or something. The extra fridge in the garage was useful. The location was amazing---close to Estes, RMNP, and YMCA. The kids had lots of cardio as they went up and down the four flights of stairs.
