Boa localização

Imóvel bem localizado, muito bem recebido pela Mari( zeladora), apartamento limpinho, sem cheiro de mofo, ar condicionado e ventilador de teto funcionam perfeitamente. Pontos negativo: Os colchões estão em péssimas condições , somente 01 de solteiro que esta bom. Sem wi-fi. Guarda roupa precisa arrumar as portas.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, do lado do EXTRA e Americanas, a 4 quadras da praia, tudo de acordo com as fotos, tudo funcionando, zelador bem prestativo, proprietária sempre a disposição para qualquer duvida. Pretendo voltar esse ano de novo.
