Host communication was timely and detailed both pre-travel and as we wrapped up our trip! Location is amazing and this newly updated home is cozy yet spacious - great flow in the living spaces and the bedrooms as well. Lots of great nooks / patios / sunrooms to spread out and relax in. Thank you for an amazing visit!
Wonderfully updated craftsman home in great location. Instructions for check in and check out clearly presented. Although only my wife and I stayed, the house was large enough be comfortable with many more. Our Host communicated throughout the stay and always asked if there was anything she could help with. Having lived in Spokane before and have family there, we didn't need any but I felt we were in good hands if anything was needed.
The house was ideal for our stay. The house was ann older home but was very clean and spacious. We had neighbors on either side and they were nice and helpful. The one neighbor had dogs but we didn’t see or hear them when we went to bed. Our host was very accommodating, was here if we needed her and easy to talk to. To sum it up we enjoyed our stay and would book again!
The actual house and interior are lovely. Newly renovated and in close proximity to downtown and the Gonzaga campus. Beds were comfortable and it is decorated well and feels cozy yet nice. The front and back yard is in need of an update to complete the remodel. Feels like a recent flip that is almost finished. The overall neighborhood feels ok except bad luck that the next door neighbor and one other close by are not kept clean and have cylone fences with barking dogs. Didn't affect our stay but takes down the feel of safety on the street where the house sits.
