We enjoy our stay

Everything was good only some dead mosquitos in the windows but check in and the house was great we love our stay in this houseand we arrive just in time for the raspberry days.

The location is convenient to key locations in town. Property is reasonably clean and has a large dining table and modern kitchen space. The listing claimed that the property sleeps 14. That’s a generous statement and assumes you are sleeping 2 on an air mattress, 2 on each of three sofa sleepers, and that the 14 aren’t all adults. In one place the listing claims 3 bedrooms and in another place it says 4. One of the rooms is referred to as a playroom and has just two sofa sleepers that work for kids but probably not adults. So, I’d say there are 3 bedrooms each with a king and a fourth room with sofa sleepers and space for an air mattress. We had some issues with the “pet friendly” statement because our reservation initially failed to pick up that there was a pet included. When I communicated this with the host, I was charged an additional 100 fee which wasn’t noted anywhere. While it is common for fees for pets, it would have been nice if this were more explicitly noted somewhere.In all, the property served the purpose we needed, but if you’re bringing lots of bigger bodies and you plan to spend a lot of time in the home, you might find it cramped space wise. If you plan to use the home as a sleeping spot and spend most of the day out and about, this is probably a good choice.
