Sweet spot for long restful weekend

We spent 3 peaceful days in Craig’s cozy, well equipped casita. The gardens are outstanding as are the outdoor seating areas. Our family also enjoyed two restful afternoons with us.

This was the most magical stay! The pictures do not do the backyard justice! This garden oasis has taken years and years of tender love and care. It was exactly what I needed to my soul. I was visiting with my niece at accidental and this was the perfect location for me and I cannot wait to stay again! I spent every morning and evening, enjoying the garden and all that it had to offer. Craig was extremely helpful and just a lovely person to chat with. I did not eat many meals at home, so, come on if the kitchen had everything I needed however, if your coffee drinker definitely stop on your way to the house and get some drip coffee for the coffee maker because you’ll definitely wanna enjoy a coffee in your first morning out in the garden there are filters at the house. I felt very close to everything I needed. Excellent restaurants and grocery stores. I did have a car. The neighborhood is absolutely quiet and you can’t hear much of the city due to the wonderful babbling waterfall in the backyard. So many birds came to visit. I was a single woman traveling and felt incredibly safe in this neighborhood. Thank you to Craig for making my stay so delightful the fountain outside my bedroom window was perfect!

Charming

This very comfortable space was perfect for us. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the lovely garden and our host was welcoming and very friendly. We were very pleased and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in LA.

Tranquil Retreat

This was the most relaxing space. The yard water feature and yard is gorgeous and you feel completely transported out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Craig was so helpful and nice it felt like staying with an old friend. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Glendale. The kitchen and bathroom of the apartment are small but totally workable, for just the two of us. The living room and bedroom are light and airy, and it felt very cozy. The patio gardens are EVERYTHING!! From coffee in the morning to a glass of wine at night, Craig's sanctuary was the perfect space to hang and relax.

Serene hidden gem!

Wonderful stay with magnficent view of the hills

The homeowner has landscaped the back yard with a babbling brook and pond filled with fish. The living quarters are very comfortable. If you are looking for a good place in Glendale, this is it!

Rejuvenating Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed getting to stay at Craig and Barbra’s cozy cottage space! It was so thoughtfully curated inside and out. The bed was comfortable, the living room was nice, kitchen well appointed, and we really appreciated that the space was extremely clean and breezy with the windows open. The unit faces the garden backyard which is utterly spectacular and complete with cool views of surrounding city areas and mountains in the distance. Communicating with the hosts was easy and helpful and we hope to get to stay with them again since we had such a great time.

Excellent home

The property was excellent. The location was super close to everything we wanted to do, and a nice safe neighborhood . Craig the owner was excellent to deal with communicating with us ahead of time to make sure we found the place OK and to let us know if we had any questions to contact him.The patio is truly amazing, great place to relax and have coffee and breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. After attending a concert one evening we came home and the patio was almost magical with the lighting, water flowing and the plants. We will definitely stay here again if in the area!
