It was clean. Check-in was not clear and took some time. All remote batteries were dead and not enough towels were provided. Other than that the area was great and the stay was great overall.

Long Weekend Stay

The house was very well appointed and clean. The community is quiet and convenient to the beach, the bus depot and restaurants/attractions. There is a nice supply of beach equipment available for use plus an additional refrigerator in the garage, which is great for large groups renting the facility. The community pool is large, clean and quiet.

The owners need to take better ownership of their property. They do not give a garage code access so we were constantly having to walk around to front of condo to close and open garage door. Secondly they need to get GLASSWARE! We brought some nice wine and the only glassware they had was plastic glasses. Also although it’s new condo, consider putting some bedside lamps and dressers that actually store clothing. The owners here really cut corners. Disappointed.

Regarding the garage, the owner does not provide a garage access code, and this information is clearly stated in the check-in instructions provided to guests before arrival. We understand that accessing the garage this way may have been inconvenient, but the information was available in advance. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the glassware, bedside lamps, and storage. We will take these comments into consideration as we continue to improve the property and guest experience.

Property was nice and clean. Looks new. Overall very nice. Great pool on the property. Only negative is the location. Being right on Route 1 there was a lot of traffic noise. But I guess that is the way it is in Ocean City in the summer.

Well furnished, clean townhouse. Good location for us, but be warned that it is in the middle of a long stretch between lights/crosswalk. The communication with the host was easy and everything is as described. Would stay again!
