This cool property is perfect for large groups. Enjoy the awesome amenities like an Ideal Beach Resort pass included with this home. There are 2 Lifetime paddleboards with all sizes of life jackets, as well as 2 kids bikes. Just 1 minute away from Bear Lake Golf Course, 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Lake 2025 family Vacation

The property was very nice and well taken care of. Everything we needed was available. Nice location and close access to Ideal Beach. The only thing that I would change is the check out time, 10:00 is early. We really enjoyed our stay!

Home away from home

Warm and inviting home. Plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub on the back porch is a must up there in the winter. Jon and Gail were very accommodating.

The pictures do not do this justice. We had an amazing stay. There is central air which is critical this time of year and most places don't seem to have it. I would highly recommend.

Perfect property with amazing views! We have an annual bike trip with about 15 friends. This was ideal for the needs. We loved the views from the whole house, including the expansive deck. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the ideal beach pass. There were multiple tables and plenty of seating for chatting. Planning to stay in the future.

Great family vacation

We stayed four nights. There was a lot of amenities that were extra that I didn’t know about when I reserved like a pass that takes you to the ideal beach resort. Communication with the owner was good as we were told that there was a baby gate, and there wasn’t so the owner had me purchased one and paid me back. Do you know that handling the trash is a bit of a distance away from the home and something that you have to plan for

We had a family reunion here the last week of June 2026. It was a great place. Extremely clean, comfortable, and a good price. We loved the incredible views from the giant back deck plenty of parking, many comfortable bedrooms, Ideal Beach pass, stand-up paddleboards with life jackets, pool table, board games, big backyard, plastic axe throwing set, well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, cute decor, and comfy couches. The only small concern was communication before our stay. In the two weeks before our stay, I tried messaging the host through the Vrbo app a few times to ask questions and didn't get a response. I think maybe she wasn't checking the app regularly since our stay was not for a while. But a few days before our stay, I called Vrbo and they contacted her directly. Communication was great after that and she answered all my questions promptly and even took the extra effort to ask the cleaners to check on specific kitchen amenities. For reference, the kitchen has the following equipment: Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, flat griddle, mixer, blender, crock pot, instant pot, large saute pan, large pot, cake pan, muffin tin, bread pan, knives, common utensils, and silverware, plates, cups, and bowls for 20ish people (but the dining tables can only hold about 12 people at once). Families with young children will want to bring toddler-size cups and dishes, and toys (the games provided are all for older children and adults). We had a wonderful reunion and would stay here again.
