Nice and spacious. Was missing some items from the kitchen. Chain to turn on light in one of the bedrooms was missing. Dresser draws in the master would fall completely out if pulled out half way. Rugs on the patio were worn and faded. The dishwasher also had some problems. The light and dishwasher were fixed. The location was great. If we were to return, it would not be to same condo.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the spacious condo and great location, and we appreciate you letting us know about the items that needed attention. We’re also glad the light and dishwasher were able to be addressed during your stay. We’ll make sure the remaining concerns, including the kitchen items, dresser drawers, and patio rugs, are reviewed with the appropriate team. We’re sorry the condo didn’t leave you wanting to return to the same unit, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to host you. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

I loved the Property. We had 3 families and 3 cars with 2 Parking passes. I did not like that!

More Parking passes. The Property is nice. We loved outside patio!

Thank you for your feedback, John. We truly hope you enjoyed your experience in our unit. We however do not manage the property, just the unit, and they impose the 2 parking pass rule that we must adhere to. Please keep us in mind for the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Couples Trip

First time at this location. Beautiful view and close to Publix and restaurants. Condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked very well for cooking. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be updated but even though the condo was a bit dated it was nice. Easy access to the pool and beach.

Perfect Location and great condo!!

The property is well maintained. Ease of parking, elevators, beach access!! The only negative was the 4:00pm check in time. You basically lose an entire day. Otherwise, we had zero complaints!!

Recommend you get a maintenance guy to fix details like a few broken bed room drawer pulls and tighten up bath towel fixtures. Kitchen cabinet laminate is also going to need attention soon. This unit was better than most overall and I would choose it again. Very happy with my stay.

Thank you for the 5-star rating. We appreciate the maintenance notes — we’ll pass the drawer pulls, towel fixtures, and kitchen cabinet laminate concerns to our maintenance team for prompt attention. Our experience was very positive. Beautiful location , overall Condo was good.

Overall, property was very good and would book again. The condo could use some updates. Several areas were worn and dated. Cleanliness was good. Location was beautiful. The Beach rental service staff for chairs / umbrellas were not pleasant. I felt we they tried to take advantage of us. The Condo main office was not particularly helpful when I made an inquiry.

Hello Ryanne, Thank you so much for your feedback. We will pass the suggestion for updates to our maintenance department. Our apologies that you did not have a good experience with the beach rental service or the office staff at Beach Colony. Unfortunately, we only manage the unit and not the property. We hope you will consider us again in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

We love Beach Colony west tower.

If you're looking for a quiet vacation but to still be close to stores and restaurants, then Perdido Key is so much quieter than the busier beaches in either direction. There's a Publix, McDonalds, several pizza places, all within a 1-5 min drive. There is even a food truck right outside the parking lot! You can drive 15 min to Orange Beach and then up the road more to Foley and the outlet mall, OWA, and The Wharf, The sand was much drier at PK and NOT crowded, Very restful. Except right now there is resurfacing of the buildings so lots of noise in the daytime, competed with the sound of the waves. But Beach Colony units are so nice it didn't matter. This is our 2nd Beach Colony stay, this unit is great. Lots of options for seating on the balcony which is the main thing I look for when booking a condo.
