Time Out is a charming four-bedroom vacation home located along Beach Road in Nags Head with convenient beach access just across a 2-lane street.
This inviting home is equipped with TVs, DVD players, WiFi, an outdoor shower, and a grill for outdoor cooking. Positioned in the Dolphin Run community, you'll enjoy stunning ocean views from the spacious, oversized decks—ideal for creating cherished memories with family and friends during your Outer Banks getaway.
As an added bonus, you'll have access to the Village Beach Club, which features a large junior Olympic-sized pool, a kiddie pool, a snack bar, and a bathhouse, making it a perfect spot for a fun day in the sun!
PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.
Parking for 4 cars. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use.

Property was clean, and well maintained. Lots of deck space to watch the sun rise/set. Beach entrance immediately across the street is a big plus!

We have met our daughter, son in law and grandchildren in the Outer Banks for the last 6 summers. We loved this well appointed house and it's location. We were all very comfortable and pleased it was so clean and so cute!

This was my first time to OBX & I'm so glad we got this house in this awesome location. We were just steps away from the beach, and not much further from all the great restaurants, attractions, and shopping. The house was beautiful and comfortable, clean and tidy, with everything you needed for a great vacation. I'd highly recommend this house & your services.

Perfect location
This is located at a perfect spot across from the beach and the pool.
My only complaint was I had to go buy a new broom cause the one that was there was horrible. Kinda hard to leave the place broom swept if the broom provided was trash. I would definitely love to come back to this property if they had more comfortable seating in the living area for the amount of people it’s listed to accommodate.

Our stay was "doable"
Our family loved the location of this home.
We called to check in less than an hour early and a no go. We traveled 6 hours away and hoped for a little flexibility.
The dishwasher did not work, repair man was very nice but did not arrive until we had 1.5 days left in our stay. We had a lot of hand washing dishes on vacation... Oven temperature did not preheat enough (our pan of brownies remained liquid and wasted.) Not sure if we would pick this home for a future visit.
We loved the community club including pool and snack bar. Staff is very nice.
