The location was perfect, in a quiet upscale neighborhood within walking distance of shopping, dining and entertainment. The hosts were responsive and helpful and very pleasant to work with. I would give them a five star rating!The kitchen was well equipped with cookware but the seven plates were mismatched, and so was the flatware.The chairs in the dining room were a bit low to work with the table, and and the chandelier flickered on and off. In spite of the elegant appearance of the decor I would not plan to have family or friends to visit for anything more than cocktails and appetizers and would still need to get dishes and silverware. That would be an easy fix with a stop at a good thrift store or even amazon. The wicker furniture is a bit wobbly and blinds in the back room would make it more private for evening use. Overall this unit would be exceptional with a few minor fixes.
