Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to strip the beds, just pile used bath and pool towels on the bathroom floors. Make sure trash is taken outside. Leave the garage door opener. Sign out of any streaming services.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours between 10pm and 8am. Absolutely no parties allowed.
No glass near pool. No food in pool. No diving, pool is only 5.5ft. No leaving children unattended in the backyard. No gates or alarms to pool area.
Do not mess with the pool equipment nor remove the pool vacuum. Do not tamper or obstruct internet or cameras.

The house is close to the state park which was nice The pool is small so it’s more for wading than swimming We had a group of 8 outside having dinner and by 10:20 I received a call asking was I having a party!! I was extremely disappointed
