Guests have access to the entire home except three owners' closets (one on each floor).

North Carolina requires us to enter a Vacation Rental Agreement. After booking, we will send it to you here--please sign and send it back to us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Surf City home! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped with everything we needed. You can tell the hosts truly care—communication was excellent and they were attentive and responsive throughout our stay. The home itself is stunning, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Surf City.

We were so pleased with this rental. It was the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed to be comfortable the entire visit. The hosts had thought of everything!! The porches had great views, and we were so close to the beach access! Love this rental and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic week at the Turtle Tower. Check-in and check-out we’re all smooth. The location was convenient to a variety of shops, restaurants, and most importantly beach access. Great water pressure in the showers and a convenient hose on the driveway and a back door outdoor shower help rinse sand off.

This home is perfect! Full of southern beach charm and very clean. Our hosts were amazing-they communicated very well. This home is in a perfect location-within walking distance not only to the beach but to restaurants and shops. Our family enjoyed our time here and will look to book again as this island has become our favorite beach destination!

Everything was exceptional, but there were a couple of pointy screws sticking out of the fold out sofa in the living room (just under the left pillow seat). We definitely enjoyed playing ping-pong.

Great overall week. The house is in a great location! We even felt comfortable letting our teens walk to the beach solo because the roads we crossed were fairly quiet. The kitchen was especially clean! The bunkbed frames were not as sturdy as some other homes we have stayed in. Our kids are older, so we weren’t worried, but if they were younger, I might not have liked it. The other bedframes were very sturdy. The hosts were very responsive and check out requirements were minimal.

One of the BEST

We came down for an all girls weekend to celebrate our friend getting married. Thr property was very CLEAN. Very well maintained in general and so stinking cute. I don't think the pictures do it full justice. The bunk bed room didn't look like in photos that it had a bathroom, but it had a full with double sinks which is awesome. So 3 bathrooms total, all full. Lots of towels and linens, including extras in all rooms. The kitchen is huge with plenty of seating and of course the decks also had plenty of seating. Garage was immaculate along with the outdoor shower. You're literally steps from the beach. We will for sure be booking again.
