Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you have pets and used the fenced in yard you are expected to clean up any dog droppings in the yard. You can dispose of them in the doggie bags that are provided for you under the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please this is a non smoking residence. Also no parties, no loud noise after 10, no guests other than those agreed upon, no fires when it’s windy.
You are expected to curb your dog. Please clean up after your dog so the next guest can enjoy the yard as well. $80 fee if not done.
