Great location- close to frog pool and camp watercolor. Short bike ride to beach. Property management was very friendly and communicative. Would stay again!

Overall we did enjoy the stay in Watercolor. The home however is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. There was dust that had been collecting for some time over windows, in bathrooms, on shelves, etc. The toilets were not adequately cleaned (could see stains on the tops). Every piece of upholstere furniture had stains all over them. (I understand this can happen at the end of the season but this should have been taken care of- they looked dirty to sit on). I did reach out to the company and mention the house and they did send someone out to go over the floors. The house is nice it just needs a very deep cleaning everywhere from the bathrooms to the doors (fingerprints on all the doors).

Good size property with plenty of beds for the 15 People we had. 7 Grand Kids and 8 Adults. Kitchen was sufficient, close to a pool so we could walk if needed. Would rent again.
