The Space:

Soft light filters through the open‑plan living area, inviting you to linger over a slow morning coffee before stepping onto the patio where the pool glistens under the Clearwater sun. The gentle hum of the ceiling fans and the scent of fresh‑cut grass set a relaxed tone, while the nearby game room promises playful evenings with friends or family. Every corner of this bright villa is designed for easy indoor‑outdoor flow, giving you space to gather, play, and unwind in the way you prefer.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms accommodate up to nine guests. The Beach Queens room offers two Queen Beds, the Sky bedroom features a King Bed, the Purpink space includes a Bunk Bed Twin over Full, and the Color Circle room provides another King Bed. Two full bathrooms are stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water for your comfort.



Indoor living

The spacious living room centers around a large TV and a dedicated workspace, perfect for both relaxation and catching up on work. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Adjacent, the game room buzzes with a pool table, foosball, poker table, and arcade machines, all overlooking the backyard.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at your leisure. The adjoining indoor‑outdoor dining area offers ample room for family meals or casual snacks, seamlessly connecting to the patio.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a putting green for a friendly round. An outdoor bar with a minifridge adds a convenient spot for drinks, while the fenced backyard ensures privacy for pets and children. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking make arrivals hassle‑free.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, along with a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair for families. High‑speed Wi‑Fi, a smart lock for self‑check‑in, and pet‑friendly policies round out the conveniences.

Located near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, Clearwater Beach, and downtown Clearwater, the villa sits in a peaceful residential area while keeping you close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
