Modern hot tub with powerful jets and new Weber bbq grill are ready to go and the heated garage parking leaves you 3 steps to the kitchen entrance for the easiest load in ever.
The kitchen, living area and dining area are all one open space with a warm and inviting feel.
The kitchen is perfectly set up for cooking with everything you need to make your favorite meals
The living area features a wood-burning stove (firewood provided) with a 50” Samsung smartTV over the mantle and a 5-speaker surround audio system with bluetooth and 3.5mm connection for the phone and HDMI for laptop
Start your mornings with the Ninja 12 cup drip coffee maker, French press, burr grinder, electric water kettle and Vitamix blender.
An assortment of pantry items provided including sugar, salt, pepper, spices, avocado cooking oil, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and paper towels.
Premium quality all cotton white sheets and towels, as well as beach/hot tub towels. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer provided in the bathroom.

I moved to Tahoe in the 90's to take advantage of everything that this beautiful place has to offer. As I learned the trade of carpentry and construction I soon purchased and began working on my house in Carnelian Bay. Now my projects are focused on turning the house into the perfect vacation rental that will take great care of it's guests.
