This 2-bedroom house in Hampton is perfect for your escape to a pleasant and enchanting retreat. With a king bed, bunk bed (twin/full combo), small pullout couch, and a day bed this cozy space offers a serene atmosphere for guests. Enjoy the convenience of an in unit washing machine, free WiFi, an open concept kitchen and living room. The house is one block from the beach and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The property shares a driveway with two other units. There is one designated parking spot for this unit (see pictures for location). Unit 9A sits to the right of unit 7 and directly behind unit 9. There is a shared courtyard behind unit 9 which is where the entrance to 9A is located.

***Peak Season Rental Policy***

From mid-June through mid-September this unit can only be rented on a weekly basis. Check-in is on Saturday at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM the following Saturday. The available weeks are listed below.

Our stay here was excellent. The home was modern and clean, welcoming with plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The location couldn't be better. I was born and raised in New Hampshire. We grew up vacationing on Hampton Beach. We bought this house so our kids could also grow up spending time on Hampton, Beach.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is located at the southern end of the the strip. It is close to the beach and restaurants, but is on a very quiet street.

What makes this property unique

It is tucked back off the road with a lot of privacy. It is very spacious and great for spending time with family or friends.
