Oceansong on Plum Island

OceanSong is an upscale beach house on the south end of Plum Island. It’s just 140 steps to an uncrowded, sandy ocean beach and a five minute walk to the National Wildlife Refuge. Island restaurants are in walking distance and Newburyport’s quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife are four miles away.

The beach house has walkout sliders to decks on three sides and an outside shower. The interior is set in a white and natural oak motif with hardwood floors, tide clock, charts and recessed lighting to create an upscale, beachy feel. The main level features an open living room and dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths and a sunroom. The second level sports a loft and bedroom with skylights. The third level is a lookout.

OceanSong is designed as a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a beach vacation. It comes with everything from linens to wine glasses. It’s great for a family or couples. Come and have a great vacation!

My sisters and I so enjoyed our stay at Ocean Song on Plum Island. Richard is a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. The house is very clean, mattresses are comfortable, plenty of towels, linens and extra pillows, beach chairs, etc. We really appreciated the Bosch coffee machine-barista quality coffees right at the beach house! We enjoyed sunrise on the back deck and sunset on the front deck! Just a beautiful place to relax and enjoy!

Yearly Plum Island Mother & Daughters weekend

This was our second time stayting here, and as always, it was wonderful. The beach is so close, and the house has everything that one could need. We look forward to returning again.

Our family originally reserved Ocean Song for January and - drawn to the name- but an ice storm came in The owner generously rescheduled with us this last weekend OceanSong is a very special place and we so appreciated being able to visit Great location to the ocean, wildlife refuge and town

The good life on Plum Island

Very comfortable. Short walk to beach and very close to Parker River Wildlife Refuge. Well stocked kitchen and extremely helfpul and friendly owner. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely weekend

Cozy Beach House!!

Richard was so helpful at check in and made sure we knew where everything was. The house is stocked with everything you need. I only stayed one night, and my adult kids stayed on night 2, but we all had a nice stay!

Richard was very friendly, greeted us when we got there. The place is very well stock and very clean. Location to the beach 1 out of ten was an 11. Thank you fiving is such a wonderful relaxing vacation.

wonderful location and views

Oceansong was a great house with wonderful views, especially from the skyloft. The house suited our needs perfectly and was in a great location. We look forward to staying there again next year. Richard was in constant contact with us for anything we needed and accommodated us on our very late arrival.

Girls weekend

Great location to beaches and the town of Newburyport for shopping. Just relaxing and sitting out on the deck. Richard is a nice host, he explains everything to you. This was our 3rd time here I believe and we'll return again.
