Location was amazing! Within 15 minute walk of everywhere you want to be. Lots of dining, coffee, bodegas right outside residence. The property manager was attentive and helpful qitj quick responses when necessary. We had to meet a property manager in person for entry, which is fine, but limits what you can do with your time upon arrival into the city. My only "complaint" (first world problem) is that the apartment had no usb jacks available on site... in a world where they are built into most lamps and alarm clocks in rentals/hotels, we didnt pack enough power adapters for our devices. Can't complain about anything else! 10/10 would stay here again.

Work trip pit stop

Came in early for a work conference, needed 3 separate bedrooms for everyone. Place was perfect, lots of nearby restaurants to go to. The check in process was easy, and the AC’s in the room blew cold. Great place and will stay again!

Amazing food choices, including for those with food sensitivities. Excellent location for site-seeing. Met all of our needs, but not flashy. Visitors should consider bringing ear plugs (it is NYC, after all). Our group of four friends had a fun time and could not have asked for a better place.

Excellent Location

There were very minor adjustments to this stay needed (like the addition of washcloths), but it is clean, comfortable, and situated around AMAZING food, steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. It was exactly what we were looking for, came as advertised and the host was VERY responsive. Location, IMO, couldn’t be beat. I’d stay again.

We are EXTREMELY picky! This apartment was perfect! Location is incredible and very spacious for this part of town. Cleanliness is a must for us, as we own a residential/commercial cleaning company. This home was spotless! I can not express how pleased we were with the accommodations. If you are needing a place in NYC, this is the one you need to pick. It is officially our home, anytime we are back in the city. Thank you to the hosts!!

Great spot close to everything

This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location / Amazing Stay

We just finished up a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely perfect in the middle of moat everything. The metro stop around the corner will take you everywhere your feet can’t. The bodega next door is great and the staff were super friendly. The apartment is super clean and roomy. Nice to have so much space in NYC. The unit had ac splits and additional window units in each bedroom. It keep the apartment at a perfect temperate which is nice to come back to after a hot day exploring the city. Each bedroom had closet space as well so it was nice to be able to hang all our clothes. Add in a full sized refrigerator and a full kitchen and its the perfect place to stay. We thought 5 of us taking showers would test the hot water capacity but it didn’t. Communication with the host was easy as was checkin. We will stay here on all our return visits.

As a business owner, here are a few suggestions: Replace the dirty sponge on the kitchen sink, with a new one. Give each room a hand towel (One room didn't have one.) Chairs and couch aren't comfortable. A mirror in each bedroom would just be a wonderful improvement.The A/C in the bedroom by the kitchen is dripping - so you may want to check that out, as to not ruin your floors.That being said, we were thrilled to find a unit with 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. The location was perfect giving easy access to the ferry when we head to the 911 memorial. and no one complained about running out of hot water. We had fun discovering great local eateries walking around the area...

1. The check in process was not convenient at all the assistant was not well versed which made it difficult to check in. There were two different doors and it was not explained properly and the checkin process took about 25 minutes and the assistant didn’t reach back out to ensure that we were able to access the apartment. 2. The internet was not stable which kept going in and out.3. The bathroom sink got clogged on Saturday morning i reached out to the assistant and no one was able to come fix the sink so therefore we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen the remainder of the time.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great for large groups. The location is ideal, super close to everything, safe area.A couple things to note:-Keys were finicky and made it difficult to enter -HVAC wouldn’t turn on “heat mode”-Fridge trips the breaker taking down the wifi and Tv Host is fantastic, and very responsive. Keep in mind it is up 3 long flights of stairs.
