Book your tropical stay in Unit 311 directly on the beach
Caper Beach Club #311 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently renovated corner condo right off the beach. It has two balconies – main balcony, with a dining area, overlooks the pool and beach and the other balcony overlooks the south end of the island. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has two beds (one queen and one twin) and a full bathroom off the hall, and a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, flat screen TV and dining table for 6. All bed linens, bathing towels, and beach towels are provided. Also included with this unit is one of very few reserved parking spots in a shaded area under the building.
The condo complex offers a nice sized pool right off the beach, grills, seating, tennis/pickleball court and a relaxing atmosphere.
This condo is located in the middle part of the island across from the library. Far enough from the action not to be disturbed, but close enough to have some fun when wanted! Time Square is a 10-15 minute walk away. Here you can find the pier, live music, bars, restaurants, shopping, rentals, and more.
The condo complex offers a nice sized pool right off the beach, grills, seating, tennis/pickleball court and a relaxing atmosphere.
