Modern, spacious home in idyllic neighborhood. Perfect for families.
Modern home in idyllic neighborhood on cul de sac is perfect for those wanting the quintessential boulder experience! We love waking up on warm mornings, sitting out front in the adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee enjoying Boulder's great weather. Walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Access all of Boulder from the bike path around the corner: downtown Boulder (10 min bike ride), parks, playgrounds, hiking trails. We've got toys & bikes for all.
Home is recently renovated and is modern and clean yet cozy and fun. We've got everything a family would need - toys, board games, art supplies, great back yard with trampoline.
With 4 bedrooms including a king bed, 2 full beds, a twin bed, and a sofa bed, this home is perfect for families. This is our home and we'll be traveling for a month this summer and would love for another family to take advantage of all it has to offer. Note that we'll remove all personal items in the photos (stuffies, family photos, etc) so you can make it your own.

Why they chose this property
It is perfection! So many playgrounds just up the street, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, easy bike ride to downtown boulder and CU and wonderful community. It's quiet but very close to everything lively.
