Comfortable Accommodations: The main level features a luxurious queen bedroom suite with a jetted tub and separate shower. Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bonus room with a queen bed and a workspace. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the dining room table seats six.

Everything's Included for Your Comfort: Free Wi-Fi, Fully-Stocked Kitchen, All Linens Provided: Fresh bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are included to save you the hassle and cost of renting them separately.

Beach Essentials: Beach bikes, a cooler, a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach accessories are ready for your seaside adventures.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet, as a pet fee of $200 plus tax per pet will apply.

Two-Pet Maximum: A maximum of two dogs are allowed.

Prior Approval Required: All dogs must be pre-approved and the pet fee paid in advance.

Undisclosed Pets: Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax.

Violation of Pet Policy: Violating the two-pet maximum or bringing an unauthorized pet may result in a minimum $300 fine plus tax per pet, termination of your reservation, and potential eviction.

Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and respectful of the property and other guests.



**From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – March 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times**
