Furnished condo with master suite containing a king size bed and 2nd bedroom with a full size bed. The unit has flat screen tv' s, washer & dryer, dish washer, screened in lanai with a view, and easy access via an elevator to the third floor unit. The condo community has a beautiful pool, tennis court, shuffle board, exercise room, and community clubhouse. Background check through the condo association required.

We look forward to one day retiring to this property, but in the meantime we are offering it to others to enjoy. We are a family of 15. We have 4 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

The Port Charlotte area was recommended to us by a co-worker. When we visited the area, we really liked the area and the people. The people are friendly, the location is convenient to so many sites, and the area has been listed as one of the top places to retire.

What makes this property unique

We loved the community in which the condo is located. It is a small community which offers a friendly atmosphere and amenities equal to much larger properties. With the unit on the 3rd floor, there were really nice views from the lanai and it was unique in having an outside elevator to access the third floor. (Yeah, no climbing stairs!)
