Come Home to Paradise in Punta Gorda Isles. Waterfront Dock Heated Pool Quiet

Beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath (End Unit) Condo featuring an upper (Sun Deck) lanai and lower (screened) lanai both overlooking the canal with an assigned dock for you boat. New paint, furniture, fans, etc. have been added this year. Upstairs Bedrooms include Queen size beds and their own bath. Ground floor has full kitchen with breakfast bar, four chair dinette and large living room with sofa and leather recliner. Also, a washroom with 1/2 bath. Includes internet and TV. Don't forget the heated pool complete with lounges and grill shared by only six condos!
Take a boat ride (private dock included on site) to Charlotte Harbor (10 min at idle) and see the sunset or enjoy several choices for waterfront dining. Famous Fishermans Village and Historic Downtown shopping, dining and activities are only 1-2 miles from home! Supermarkets, drugstores and many restaurants are just as convenient.
We have owned and maintained this home for 8 years and plan to retire here ourselves in the future. We try to rent our condo for season to retired couples at least Jan-March preferably.
Punta Gorda Isles has so much to offer, weather you're staying for just a month or the whole season, you'll feel at home for your entire stay.

Great 2 Month Stay

I stayed in this condo for 2 months during a job transition. It is a very nice and clean condo right on a canal. The owner is very accessible, helpful, and nice. I highly recommend this condo.

Relaxing stay in PGI!

This is a wonderful condo tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was such a bonus! Great walkability in the neighborhoods and even walked downtown to Charlotte Harbor each day. Chris was wonderful to work with and made sure that I was comfortable in his home. The condo has all the amenities you need to stay and be comfortable.I would highly recommend!

Home away from home

This is an amazing condo in Punta Gorda Isles with all the amenities including heated pool. Near everything to do! Comfortable beds, clean with the best screen porch. Chris is an exceptional host, quick to help, kind, and available. If we could do 5 plus , we would!

We'd stay here again!

We have been to Punta Gorda three years in a row and liked this condo the best of any of the places we stayed. Having two ensuite bedrooms upstairs was wonderful when we had friends stay a few days with us. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was kept very clean and the temperature was pleasant. The washer and dryer were nice to have and were easy to use. We liked to read in the lanai. The closets were pretty empty so there weren't personal effects to work around. Chris was responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It's very quiet and clean! Great location with awesome views of the canal in the back. It's close to stores and restaurants. Chris was very nice and attentive to all of our needs. Thanks again Chris!!

Peaceful Retreat on the Canal

Gorgeous view of the canal, great neighbors, convenient location and close proximity to restaurants and the harbor in Punta Gorda are just a few things that describes what we really enjoyed about our stay. Florida sunshine

Property is close to shopping and downtown Punta Gorda where there always seems to be something going on. Condo is on a canal and it’s fun to see and hear the fish jumping.

Amazing Stay

Absolutely gorgeous view of the canal/water. The apartment was fully furnished with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, forks/knives, linens/towels etc. Two bedrooms on the second story with decent size closets. Wifi was reliable and a nice glass dining room table with comfy chairs were available to complete assignments. The location is perfect and everything is a 5-10 min. drive away. I'd recommend doing the pub crawl beginning at the ICE House and playing some darts, going to the Belgian Monk and trying there sauces, grabbing a margarita at Deans South of the Border and listening to a live band, before enjoying a cider and some bread pudding at Celtic Ray. As a youngster in Punta Gorda I had an amazing time. The people are incredibly nice. Christopher was an amazing host and was always available and checked up on things. Absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend. A+++

I'm a contractor in North Carolina and grew up a "Navy Brat" of sorts and lived in so many different places. By happenstance this condo building was build buy folks from my Fathers home town of Glouster Mass.
I love boating, fishing, beaches and a few beverages with good friends!

Why they chose this property

I purchased the property as my future retirement home. I love the area and the people, both are extremely people friendly. You won't meet a stranger here! The neighbors are very nice and I'm sure you'll enjoy there company at the pool as I do.
I am constantly upgrading and hope you will love it as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

This condo is so quiet, no traffic or noise, yet so close to everything you could ever want to do in South West Florida.
I just love the view from the lanai with my morning coffee and catching a fish from the dock. We are just a short drive from the #1 beach in America, Siesta Key Beach or even Sanibel Island.
