The dock is simply the best !! It has everything a family could want! Everything was brand new - from furniture to pots & pans! This is by far the best place we have rented & we are renting it again next summer!! Also host communication was so fast & helpful!

Not what the pictures tell you.

First off, the deck is amazing, perfect for a large family to hang out on. The house has plenty of AC, very nice and cool.The disappointment is the house, pictures do NOT tell you the story. Dining seating is limited to 8 and then 3 at the counter. No lighting over the dining table, we used a lamp. The lower area is NOT connected to the rest of the house and two of the bedrooms are tiny. The icemaker does not work, the hot tub is gross. Bring utensils to cook with. The manager did respond quickly when we asked for additional bath towels and that we needed gas for the gas grill. The neighbors are very close together down on the docks, which turned into a problem when one of the neighbors leaked oil out of a jet ski and we had to get everyone out of the water for the day. I left a bag at the house and they never responded if they had found it-I had to call them so they could tell me -no--even though I emailed them and texted them. We bring our family every year, this will not be a choice in the future.
